We are not liable for an entire refund if you are not pleased with the suggested hair brands in our faqs or the hair that you decide to choose for your install. Be sure you consult with me first to ensure the perfect hair that best fits your lifestyle. If you are new to hair extensions be sure to get our weave maintenance every 2-3 weeks for $50 only!!!

How Much are your Lace Wigs ?
$350 for our in-stock wigs: includes free baby hair, you choice of texture, any length up to 16”, bleached knots, doubled knots, ear to ear stretch cap, free shipping /insurance

Why are lace wigs, frontal and closures good for your hair?

They give the appearance of hair growing directly from you scalp. There also great for women who have troubles blending, and hiding hair damage/loss. With these hair systems you get a virtually undetectable weave.

Do you do natural hair / relaxed styles, I dont want a weave.

Yes I do all types of natural styles for locs/ natural and relaxed hair. We can also straighten your naturally curly hair so that it imitates a relaxer. We do just about any hair style that is out today.

My hair is damaged can you help me?

Yes I do I specialize in healthy hair care. I offer
a variety of moisture and protien treatments for all hair types. We can also use wet setting, heat management and protective styling to ensure a quick recoevery to healthy hair.
How/when do I set up a hair appointment?

Call 703 973 7146 if you have your hair ready and if you are prepared to be seen for an appointment.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes it $25. However, if there is an emergency, you should call to cancel at least 24hrs before your appointment to be excused. NO TEXT MESSAGES, EMAIL CANCELATIONS ALLOWED!!

We have a low tolerance for NO Show Customers!! Its better for you to do a walk in then schedule an appoitment and do a no call no show. Repeated behavior may result in refusal of services and or non- refrundable deposit of services.

Is there a late fee?
NO but depending on my schedule for the day you may have to reschedule.

How do I set up a weave appointment?
All clients must do a consultation and/ or non-refundable $80 deposit before initial appointment.If you are unable to do a deposit then your appointment time may result in a double booking situation.

What if I dont come for my weave appointment, can I still use my deposit towards my next service?

All customers will be giving a 2-3 day period to redeem their deposit and apply it to their weaving services. If you book an appointment for a weave, and then decide to change it to a shampoo and style then a cancellation fee will be added to your bill of services.
